HEALTH & FITNESS ASSESSMENT

A thorough assessment of your current fitness level, including strength, flexibility, mobility, and any existing health concerns or limitations.

GOAL SETTING

Establish clear and achievable goals related to strength, functionality, and overall fitness; tailored to your unique needs and lifestyle.

CUSTOMIZED EXERCISE PROGRAM

After the movement assessment, I will develop a custom exercise program that focuses on building functional strength and improving overall physical function. These programs may include a combination of resistance training, bodyweight exercises, flexibility work, and cardiovascular conditioning. EDUCATION + COACHING
