MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
A thorough assessment of your mobility, movement patterns, and range of motion to identify areas of weakness or limitations.
EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION
After the movement assessment, I will develop a customized program that is designed to improve your overall body mechanics, flexibility, balance, strength, & mobility.
EDUCATION + COACHING
Education and coaching on topics such as injury prevention, posture, and body mechanics to give you autonomy in your training.
MANUAL THERAPY RECOMMENDATIONS
